Winners will be required to complete a w-9 prior to receipt of any prize. Entrants may only enter giveaway once per quarter. Only one entry per household. Winners will not be eligible to enter contest again for 12 months. Winners will be required to let Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships use your name and may be asked to appear in commercials and advertisements. The Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships Test Drive Giveaway requires no purchase and purchase does not increase chances of winning the prize valued at $5,000.00US. Only 1 winner will be chosen per quarter for the entire Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships. Quarters are as follows: September 1st - November 30, December 1 - February 28, March 1 - May 31, June 1 - August 31. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. to be eligible to win. Employees and directors of Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships, its parents and subsidiary companies, and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and directors are not eligible for prize or winnings. A list of winners may be obtained at the dealership or on our website www.tomahl.com. To be considered for the prize, the entrant must test drive an in-stock new or pre-owned vehicle and provide your name, address, email and phone number. Additional restrictions apply. Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships does not intend to sell or share entrants information. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Winner will be notified when drawing occurs which will be the day after the quarter ends unless the 1st of the month falls on a Sunday or holiday. Void where prohibited.
